These products are 100% natural, allergen-free and additive-free, and thanks to the wide choice of flavours they will allow you to create healthy and high-quality preparations, with a unique and inimitable taste.
Not only functional mixtures: the Gustosì line is designed to give incredible taste, creaminess and brilliance to meat.
It is composed of marinades based on olive oil of the highest quality and mixtures of spices, which allow you to give the meat a wide variety of flavors and colors with which you will for sure surprise your customers.
This product line is constantly evolving and currently includes 17 different flavours, ranging from the most traditional, typical of the Mediterranean, to the most exotic, to reach more intense and smoky notes.

This is the main theme of the workshop, organized at its headquarters by the Association of Butchers of Valencia in collaboration with Pagani Chef, which will be held on 5-6 March 2019.
